Do not put payroll math in Slack: no exact dollars, pay rates, gross/net, ADP/private IDs, taxes, deductions, or raw sensitive incident text in broad channels.

Slack output is for eligibility, coaching, recognition, and review routing. Admin/payroll confirms final calculations privately.
